Nature and Scope of this position:
Global Director of Sales
The sales representative will be responsible for growing the Canadian customer base as well as maintaining current customers through building relationships and selling add on products and services. The candidate will also be responsible for providing demos of the EMDECS product to customers via webinar or in-person meetings as well as staying involved throughout the onboarding process. This position will be 80% inside sales and 20% outside sales.
Location: Mississauga Head Office – working remote from another province or within North America
- Present, Promote and sell the EMDECS product to existing or prospective customers
- Establish, develop and maintain customer relationships
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling or provided leads. (Mainly cold calling)
- Update CRM system daily
- Build and present quotes and contracts to prospective customers
