Here is what the position entails:
Sales Coordinator is a key member of the sales team and is responsible for growing the channel sales team as well as increasing the number of channel partners in the program.
This position helps coordinate the handoff between sales and cx during new customer sign up. This position is involved in the process until new customer onboarding is complete. To continue with the best possible service, you will work as a liaison between sales and other departments within the firm, ensuring proper communication. You’re also responsible for helping maintain the CRM system and assigning leads to the sales team, via the system.

- Communicate with channel partners within the program & make sure they have what’s needed to succeed.
- Actively search for and sign up new channel partners & grow the program
- Follow up on customer’s request(s) keeping the customers in appraised of the progress that is being made.
- Attend all onboarding meetings with customers to ensure the project goes smoothly and the customer remains happy
- Monitor and assign leads through the CRM system as they come in via the website
- Work with IT professionals ensuring all IT standards are being uphold
- Ad-hoc projects or tasks as assigned by your Manager
